I’m All Atwitter About My Twitter Kick-off Contest!

Many of you have told me, “You should be on Twitter. There’s so many brides who would love to connect with you there.” Okay, that sounds good, but I’ll be the first to tell you that I’m so not an expert at this Web 2.0 social media stuff. I’m a jewelry designer and am great at creating beautiful jewelry. So how  do you write about things like matching pearl colors in 140 characters? *wipes brow*

But I’m brave. I’ll give it a shot.

I told my sweet Minion, that’s what I call my husband, “I’m going to start Twittering,” to which he replied, “It’s tweeting.” *sigh* Okay, it’s called tweeting. Check. This led to a long discussion about what I should tweet and about following and followers and retweets and all things Twitter. See, I’m a fast learner :)
