Each piece of Looney Maiden Jewelry is hand crafted especially for you. Orders are confirmed within 24 hours and they usually take 3 to 5 days to complete. This does not include shipping time. (See Packaging and Free Shipping) If you have a rush order please visit this page.
We will notify you of your expected completion date and shipping date. Estimated times can vary during peak season or if special pearls or crystal colors need to be ordered.

Should you prefer to order using a check or money order, please email your order to Judith@LooneyMaiden.com and ask to make arrangements for payment. Your order will be delivered after your check has cleared.
Sales Tax
Deliveries within the State of Washington will be charged an 8.8% sales tax.
Shopping Cart Security
Looney Maiden Jewelry uses the AgoraCart shopping cart which encrypts all credit card numbers. As an added precaution credit card numbers are split with each half being stored separately on different servers. This makes it impossible to steal usable information off of the Looney Maiden domain. All secure information is promptly deleted from the server immediately after it has been retrieved by our office 7 days per week.
After placing your order you will receive an immediate acknowledgement from the shopping cart software plus a second personal email from Judith Cartier Oliver to confirm your order. Your card will be charged when we begin creating your jewelry or fulfilling your order.

Your personal information will be kept in the strictest confidence. We will not sell or share information about you with anyone.
Guarantee
Every piece is personally crafted by the Judith Cartier Oliver and carefully inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event of damage resulting from a manufacturing defect Looney Maiden Jewelry will gladly to repair your piece free of charge. We reserve the right to examine the jewelry to determine the cause of damage.
While Looney Maiden Jewelry is carefully crafted, we cannot take responsibility for damage due to either abuse or normal wear and tear.
Exchange Policy
Looney Maiden happily provides exchanges or store credit for up to 14 days after receipt of your jewelry. To exchange an item, please telephone Judith Cartier Oliver toll-free at 1-877-271-0406 or email Judith@LooneyMaiden.com for instructions.
Since each piece of Looney Maiden jewelry is carefully hand crafted and customized especially for you and created only after you submit your order we are unable to offer refunds. I encourage you to contact me directly to assist you with color choices and customizing styles to meet your needs. You can always feel free to contact me directly via email or toll-free at 1-877-271-0406 for additional guidance. You are always welcome to order one set before ordering the remaining sets. If you have a fabric swatch you are always more than welcome to send the swatch to my studio for color matching. I truly want you to be excited and pleased with your purchase!
